What You'll Do.

Administer benefit programs

Manage benefit programs

Oversee daily operations of benefit plans

Explain benefit plans

Conduct open enrollment sessions

Develop communication materials

Address inquiries related to benefits

Address concerns related to benefits

Ensure adherence to regulations

Work with insurance providers

Work with benefit administrators

Evaluate program effectiveness

Analyze utilization data

Prepare reports for management

Research new benefits options

Recommend changes to enhance program

Assist in development of new programs
