What You'll Do.

Administer global employee benefits programs

Support benefit operations in US

Support benefit operations in international regions

Coordinate with country-specific vendors

Coordinate with brokers

Coordinate with administrators

Serve as subject matter resource for employees

Manage benefits onboarding

Manage annual open enrollment

Ensure accurate benefits data management

Ensure accurate payroll deductions

Support program enhancements

Support program renewals

Support program benchmarking

Support process improvements

Identify opportunities to improve employee experience

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Identify opportunities to improve scalability

Administer leave of absence programs

Coordinate with employees regarding leave

Coordinate with managers regarding leave

Coordinate with HR partners regarding leave

Coordinate with third-party administrators

Track employee leave status

Maintain accurate documentation

Ensure confidentiality

Support international leave administration

Coordinate with regional partners

Escalate complex leave matters

Manage routine leave cases

Coordinate global wellness initiatives

Support global employee wellbeing programs

Assist in development of employee education

Assist in execution of employee engagement

Support communication strategies

Gather employee feedback

Ensure compliance with regulations

Maintain accurate records for audits
