What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in benefits, leave administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards, Knowledge of US benefits and leave regulations including FMLA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA, Experience working with HRIS, benefits administration systems, and payroll platforms, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, Demonstrated customer service orientation and employee support mindset
Nice to Have
Experience supporting global employee populations and/or benefits administration outside the US strongly preferred, Familiarity with international benefits and leave practices in countries such as the UK, India, Canada, or EMEA/APAC regions preferred

Administer global employee benefits programs
Support benefit operations in US and international regions
Serve as subject matter resource for employees
Manage benefits onboarding and annual open enrollment
Ensure accurate benefits data management
Partner to support program enhancements
Identify opportunities to improve employee experience
Administer leave of absence programs
Coordinate with employees
Track employee leave status
Support international leave administration
Escalate complex or high-risk leave matters
Coordinate and support global wellness initiatives
Assist in development and execution of employee education
Support communication strategies
Gather employee feedback
Ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain accurate records
Support annual compliance filings
Monitor changes in legislation
Assist with vendor management activities

Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Benefits Manager who will play a critical role in taking our programs and operations to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our global Benefits programs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior leaders across the organization to ensure that our benefits are fit for purpose and enhance our employee experience to support our desired culture as a leading global technology company. ## How will you contribute? Global Benefits Administration Administer global employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, disability, wellness initiatives, and supplemental benefit offerings across multiple countries. Support benefit operations in the US and international regions, including coordination with country-specific vendors, brokers, and administrators. Serve as a subject matter resource for employees regarding benefit eligibility, enrollment, life event changes, and plan utilization. Manage benefits onboarding and annual open enrollment processes, including employee communications, education sessions, and system coordination.
