What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in Benefits Administration or a related HR function within a global organization, experience managing employee benefits programs across multiple regions, experience working closely with Payroll, Finance, and external benefits providers, and project management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with HRIS platforms and HR technology systems, advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

About The Role Cato Networks is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Global HR Benefits Specialist to join our growing Global HR team. In this role, you will own and manage our global benefits programs while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver an exceptional employee experience. You will play a key role in supporting employees across multiple regions, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and helping scale HR operations in a fast-growing global organization.
