Must Have
15 or more years of internal and/or external audit experience, proven senior leadership responsibility, Extensive experience in the financial services industry, Demonstrated experience leading methodology or professional practices functions in a global, matrixed environment, Acted as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders
Nice to Have
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is desirable, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or equivalent in respective jurisdiction, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related technical discipline is preferred

Set strategic direction for Global Internal Audit methodology
Ensure alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements
Partner with global audit leadership to drive best-in-class practices
Lead enhancement of Global Audit Methodology and practices
Drive integration of AI and automation into audit methodology
Assess compliance with IIA standards and regulatory requirements
Provide executive oversight of Audit Methodology tools
Oversee design and delivery of training
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with Tokyo Head Office, global audit leadership, and regional internal audit teams; Coordinate with the Tokyo Head Office, Global Head of Audit, Regional Heads of Audit, and Regional Methodology Heads; Partner with global audit leadership and cross-functional teams; Creates an environment that fosters communication, transparency, and collaboration globally
