Must Have
Master’s or PhD degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or Biology, Experience in a similar role, 3-5 years of hands-on experience with mass spectrometry systems (triple quadruple), A understanding of LC-MSMS workflows, Experience in customer relationships, Customer focused problem solver mindset, project and time management skills, Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English
Nice to Have
experience with clinical applications of mass spectrometry, other language skills
What You'll Do.
Responding to customer or field personnel enquiries regarding the reproductive health mass spectrometry products and related applications or their use
including troubleshooting
data analysis and technical guidance
Product and application training of customers

Site visits for higher level troubleshooting and training
Participating in new product development projects by bringing the voice of customer in the projects and by conducting evaluations of new products
Supporting the launch of new product introductions
Maintaining training laboratories and instrumentation
Participating in expert roles and collaborating with other internal functions
