Must Have
8-10 years of financial industry and compliance experience, Knowledge of banking laws and regulations, Ability to analyze KYC information, Experience leveraging investigative and intelligence output, Analytical and detail oriented, Ability to interact effectively with peers and management, Thorough understanding of financial crimes risk management framework, Ability to manage multiple assignments, Ability to work autonomously, Proven track-record of providing timely, practical advice, Experience with Microsoft Suite
Nice to Have
MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Legal or related field, CAMS, CFCS, CFE or similar anti-financial crime certification, Experience with digital assets, Experience with transaction monitoring, Experience with transactional due diligence

Support execution of Global AML standards
Advise on KYC requirements
Support maintenance of global guidance
Analyze data and controls
Serve as escalation point
Oversee identification and resolution of issues
Remain current on industry developments
Support risk re-evaluation
Analyze complex transactions
Assist with AML training materials
Liaise with regulators
