# **The Opportunity: A Career-Defining Role** This is an invitation to be the strategic linchpin for a new category of technology, orchestrating the technical global GTM execution for SailPoint's Agentic Fabric ('SAF'). SailPoint is seeking a high-caliber, deeply organized, and influential individual to be the central nervous system of our newly formed global Agentic Technologists team. This remote role, based in the Americas, reports to the Sr. Director and is the critical force multiplier for a team of elite technologists. You will ensure that our groundbreaking Agentic Identity Security story is told consistently and with maximum impact across the globe. You are not just supporting a team; you are building the operational engine that will define a new market and establish SailPoint as its undisputed leader. You will join a globally distributed, elite group whose mission is to unlock the potential of SailPoint’s global scale by tapping into the powerful new agentic products SailPoint is continuously innovating. This is a rare opportunity to shape the operational heartbeat of a pioneering technology team. # **What You 'll Do** * Orchestrate the Global Rhythm of Business: Establish and drive the communication cadence for the global Agentic Technologist team. You will own the internal messaging and flow of information, ensuring our technical positioning is consistently delivered to pre-sales teams, as guided by Agentic Technologists, Field CTOs, and Product org. * Serve as the Central Point of Cohesion: You will be the connective tissue for our global technical pre-sales teams. Your primary responsibility is to create, manage, and evolve an evergreen playbook, ensuring every technologist is operating from the most current product developments, emerging trends, and customer needs. * Amplify Our Market Voice: Partner closely with Marketing to ensure our agentic technologies are powerfully positioned across the broader market.
