Masters, Chartered Accountant (CA)/PMP/MBA-Finance, Knowledge of Spotfire, Tableau, Cognos data analytics and visualization, Projects handled in process/system migration, New process/system set up experience
What You'll Do.
Provide subject matter expertise in Revenue Accounting
Manage Accounts Billed (including aging’s)
Perform Fee Reserve Analysis
Handle Revenue Adjustments and Intercompany Revenue
Perform Account Reconciliations & Certifications
Monitor & Process Client Concessions / Revenue Reversals
Lead process re-engineering
and automation efforts
Support stakeholders presenting analytical results
Serve as first point of escalation for issues
Ensure compliance requirements are adhered to
Conduct accounting and financial analyses
Serve as subject matter expert on accounting transactions
Coordinate accounting treatment for complex transactions
Participate in function specific projects
Manage function specific projects
Ensure completion of deliverables within timeframe
Assist with development of deliverable plans
Attend deliverable specific meetings
Monitor General Ledger activity for accuracy
Prepare manual journal entries for cash application
Perform reconciliation between bank v/s sub-ledger
Perform cash application of receivables
Follow up with Business on aged billed items
Maintain accuracy of revenue accounting process
Coordinate month-end close
Oversee account reconciliations and certifications
Prepare Regulatory and Internal reporting
Perform SOX control testing
Perform Fee Reserve Analysis
Prepare and update process narratives/procedures
Prepare and update flow charts
Respond to internal and external requests
Respond to variance analysis and inquiries
Participate in Ad Hoc projects
Participate in new transactions
Perform user access reviews & certifications
Lead process Re-Engineering
Responsibility for ongoing process improvements
Responsibility for execution of right-placement strategy
Implementation support of GAO process re-engineering and automation
