What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience, Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts, Experience working within sales of Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center Accounts, Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills, Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Manufacturing related business, Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas
Nice to Have
Experience managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, selling Low Voltage Power Distribution (LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, and Modular) products and services is preferred
What You'll Do.
Direct management of Critical Power solutions and services to Hyperscaler accounts within Data Center space
Deliver growth within existing accounts
Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels
Ensure effective resolution of issues
Lead commercial negotiations
Manage quote and change order pricing
Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (salesforce)
Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP)
Drive site focus on efficiency programs
Facilitate information flow
Develop growth opportunities
Manage contract negotiations
Enhance communication
Drive best practices across multiple teams
Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor and track business risks
Providing timely reports to the Flex business
