Must Have
BAS or equivalent work experience, English proficiency
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Manage relationships with customers for post-awarded programs
Oversee contract renewals
Lead commercial negotiations
including pricing changes
Handle excess & obsolete claims and inventory reduction activities
Lead operating profit enhancement activities
Drive quote vs. actual introduction of commercial
and material cost improvement actions
Manage and monitor launch of new awarded programs
Provide technical and administrative services information
Work with Flex support teams to drive tactical plans
Manage proper execution of all business transactions for post-awarded business
Regularly interact with executives of major prospective customers
Manage and support prospect tracking and sales forecasting
Work closely with the Business Development Director to develop accurate 3/5 Year Plans
Drive account financials
Identify and pursue target accounts
Travel to customer locations or Flex sites for business needs
Interface and collaborate with internal improve communication
Build intimacy with existing customers
Act as first point of contact for post-awarded programs
Gain customers’ trust through excellent execution
Provide inputs and participate in overall customer relationship management
