What You'll Do.
Driving direct sales of Flex services to targeted accounts
Managing customer relationships
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Acting as the key point of contact for customers
Providing management with insights to improve programs’ profitability and customer relationship
Manage relationships with customers for post-awarded programs
overseeing contract renewals
Lead commercial negotiations
including pricing changes
to meet financial targets
Handle excess & obsolete claims and inventory reduction activities to achieve Auto Inventory Turn-Over targets
Lead operating profit enhancement activities and drive quote vs. actual introduction of commercial
and material cost improvement actions
Manage and monitor launch of new awarded programs
including financial gate reviews to meet quoted operating profit
Provide technical and administrative services information
Work with Flex support teams to drive tactical plans and ensure optimal customer solutions

The role is responsible for driving direct sales of Flex services to targeted accounts, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
