What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in client management, 5+ years of experience as a Global Account Director or equivalent role, Validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience, Executive-level relationship management, Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations), Proven partner relationships and networks, Ability to grow the impact of revenue streams and territory development through the partner ecosystem, Ownership of driving successful pipeline generation activities developed by marketing or the partner community, Experience exceeding sales targets, Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team, Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client

Lead and coordinate activities

Understand clients' business objectives

Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions or services

Serve as primary point of contact

Foster long-term partnerships

Maximize customer satisfaction

Produce new business with defined set of largest existing accounts

Oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts

Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients

Develop ServiceNow solutions based on customer strategic outcomes

Oversee growth of global accounts

Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships

Develop clear roadmap and building capabilities

Promote outstanding customer experience

Achieve financial targets for assigned clients

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services; Work with other ServiceNow teams to develop ServiceNow solutions; Lead virtual teams
