5+ years of progressive experience in General Ledger, Reporting, or Controlling roles, Proven expertise in applying IFRS and/or local GAAP, Demonstrated ability to lead closing cycles, Solid track record of supporting audits, Advanced SAP (FI/CO) expertise, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, Power Query/Pivot), Deep understanding of IFRS and local GAAP application, Solid knowledge of internal control frameworks, Ability to drive process optimization and automation initiatives, English business level is mandatory, ownership, integrity, and professional judgment, Excellent prioritization, organization, and time‑management skills, Clear and confident communication skills, Leadership mindset, Proactive, improvement‑oriented approach

What You'll Do.
Controlling activities

Review and perform journal entries
Conduct advanced P&L and Balance Sheet analyses
Ensure internal control governance
Collaborate with legal entity finance teams
Partner with divisional and corporate Finance leadership
Coordinate with process owners
Lead and participate in discussions with auditors
Represent the GL/Reporting function
