We're looking for a General Ledger Accountant to join Napoleon's finance team. In this role, you'll own core accounting responsibilities, from month-end close to regulatory reporting, playing a central part in keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on position where your attention to detail and accounting expertise will have a direct impact on the quality of our financial reporting across the business. What the role involves General Ledger Support: assist in the maintenance and control of the general ledger under the guidance of senior colleagues Month-End Closing: assist in preparing month-end closing tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Reconciliations: perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Financial Records: help calculate and record basic depreciation and accruals Regulatory Reporting: support the preparation of reports for regulatory bodies and internal management Continuous Learning: stay updated on Belgian accounting laws (BE-GAAP) and tax regulations Ad-
