### **Job Description** ## Overview ## Enhance network efficiency and ridership through data-driven transport planning, leveraging GIS tools and operational data to optimize routes and service delivery. ## Your role ## * Analyze bus network performance, including ridership trends, route efficiency, and service coverage. * Develop and recommend route optimization strategies and service improvements. * Support planning and design of new routes, bus corridors, and BRT systems. * Conduct accessibility and connectivity studies to improve network reach. * Utilize GIS tools to assess spatial demand patterns and urban mobility needs. * Coordinate with stakeholders to align transport planning with urban development plans. * Support strategies aimed at increasing ridership and improving passenger experience. ## About you ## * Bachelor’s degree in Transport Planning, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or GIS. * Minimum 7+ years’ experience in public transport planning or mobility projects. * Proficiency in GIS tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS. * Strong understanding of transport modeling, demand analysis, and service planning. * Experience with bus/BRT systems and multimodal transport integration preferred. * Good stakeholder coordination and reporting skills. ## Rewards & benefits ## Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
