Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise GIS solutions supporting mission-critical federal operations. Design and maintain scalable geospatial architectures across cloud and hybrid environments. Support deployment, configuration, and optimization of ArcGIS Enterprise and GeoEvent Server platforms. Lead migration efforts of geospatial applications, services, and datasets into cloud-based infrastructures. Integrate GIS systems with enterprise data platforms, analytics environments, and business systems. Establish and enforce GIS governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the enterprise. Ensure geospatial solutions meet cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and compliance requirements. Evaluate emerging geospatial technologies and recommend adoption strategies aligned with enterprise goals. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to GIS teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver geospatial capabilities aligned with operational and mission needs. Support testing, deployment, operations, and maintenance of enterprise GIS systems. Drive user enablement through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in enterprise GIS, geospatial architecture, or geospatial solution design.
