What You'll Do.
Gift qualified customers
Balance money and ticket bank
Handle discrepancies in gift offers
Resolve problems/complaints
Sell attraction tickets and merchandise
Make reservations for dinner shows
Provide basic directions
attraction and area information
Provide customers with transportation
Keep accurate transportation log
Complete daily paperwork accurately and thoroughly
Explain any overages or shortages
Verify transactions to paperwork
Furnish Marketing Liaisons with cash bank
Balance the bank with Marketing Liaison
Daily clean and secure work place
Reconcile merchandise inventory
Keep ticket price boards updated
Verify each others deposits
Perform other duties as assigned
