What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, Experience in preparing and presenting presentations detailing issues with recommended action plan to program officials to seek approval and drive implementation of process or change, Experience with associated component data/drawings and how part applications help to meet program/project objectives and requirements, Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) use, indenturing, and management for developmental and production programs, Knowledge of how Component MIL Spec’s, drawings, standards, and associated QPLs and QMLs are represented within our design package
Nice to Have
Understanding of the application concepts as they apply to use of electronic components, Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, Knowledge of component failure modes by commodity, component reliability process monitors and/or qualification methodologies
