What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles, Mandatory languages: Portuguese and English (business level), proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com), Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
Nice to Have
Experience working on payment companies (banking, fintechs, etc) is an asset, Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM) is a plus
