Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PMO reports and dashboards. Monitor, analyze, and report on project performance metrics. Collaborate closely with project and business managers to ensure project objectives are achieved, with a strong focus on strategic initiatives. Plan monitoring cadences and implement governance rituals, controls, and standardized processes. **🌟 You’re a match** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * 2-4 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles. * Experience working on payment companies (banking, fintechs, etc) is an asset. * Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM) is a plus. * Mandatory languages: Portuguese and English (business level). * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) * Methodology expertise: Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies, with the ability to apply the most appropriate approach for different initiatives. * Soft Skills: Comm
