The role is a 12-month temporary position. Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is required to communicate effectively with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Must have over 10 years of experience and a proven track record in business transformation, with demonstrated experience in consulting (preferably with 'Big Four' firms) and the financial services sector. Proven ability to manage a program/portfolio of change management initiatives or projects and demonstrated experience influencing senior leadership across an organization are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Nice to Have
A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related Master's degree is an asset. Experience in developing large-scale change management functions or Centers of Excellence is preferred. Successful and demonstrated implementation of change initiatives in both traditional (waterfall) and agile environments is also preferred.
