Full Job Description
Le poste de Gestionnaire financier(-ière) joue un rôle important dans notre organisation financière en pleine évolution. En tant que membre clé du programme d’excellence financière, vous serez le principal pilier de l’intégrité financière pour l’ensemble des Amériques. Sous la supervision du directeur ou de la directrice de la comptabilité, vous dirigerez directement une équipe comptant jusqu’à quatre personnes afin de vous assurer que toutes les entités juridiques demeurent entièrement conformes aux exigences réglementaires, tout en fournissant des rapports de gestion exacts et en temps opportun. Ce rôle se trouve au cœur de notre transformation. Suite à la transition de nos processus fondamentaux OTC et P2P vers notre Centre de services partagés (CSP), vous gouvernerez cette relation cruciale, vous assurerez du respect de normes de service élevées et stimulerez l’amélioration continue des processus. Au-delà du grand livre, vous appuierez les activités régionales de planification et d’analyse financières (FP&A) — y compris la budgétisation et les prévisions — et piloterez des initiatives stratégiques telles que l’implantation de systèmes et la rationalisation d’entités juridiques.
