What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor degree in Liberal Arts/Marketing/Business discipline, Minimum 5-8 years direct sales experience working with national/large revenue accounts, Proven results and consistency in achieving/exceeding sales targets, Ability to maximize results by systematically managing an account plan, Driven to produce by increasing sales to existing accounts, Ability to work the system for the customer by using internal resources to find solutions for clients, Ability to educate customers through structured training, Promotes customer relations by soliciting feedback and responding to inquiries at any ability to solve problems before they get escalated, Capable of developing relevant product knowledge specific to customer needs, Ability to tailor image to fit customer expectations by adapting to different situations with sincerity and realism, closing using logical, incremental steps, Strong orientation towards results; ability to turn a good customer relationship into an exceptional partnership, Solid time, resource, and priority management skills; ability to respond quickly to customer requests
Nice to Have
Experience in intangible, media and internet product sales, Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Office and computer tools, Experience with vehicle acquisition is a plus, Strong orientation towards results; ability to turn a good customer relationship into an exceptional partnership, Self-Development skills, Problem solving and analytical skills
What You'll Do.
Promote Trader ICO and Marketplace solutions to clients within designated assignments
cultivate and develop high revenue accounts
Serve as the primary business contact for assigned clients
Provide excellent customer service
Exceed customer satisfaction needs
Work with high revenue customers
Cultivate and develop customer accounts by proactively gathering and reviewing information to identify high-level sales opportunities
Focus on achievement of customer satisfaction
revenue generation within existing assignments
and long-term account goals
Prepare business presentations
Design and implement sales strategies
Effectively prepare prior to calling on clients
Conduct effective needs assessment and design proposals to address customer's specific needs and maximize business potential
Discuss vehicle acquisition/sales needs with clients
Understand and promote Trader products and services relevant to each customer
Understand customer's wants to create need and sell on value
Demonstrate continued personal concern for the customer
Responsible for all client communications
and compliance on client deliverables
Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner while maintaining excellent customer relations
Respond to client's needs with a sense of urgency
Maintain knowledge of new and existing Trader product offerings as well as new products in the market

Understand current competitive conditions within the marketplace
Complete Weekly Sales planner to ensure penetration of assigned territory and maintenance of existing client revenue
Proactively call on new and existing accounts
Identify correct priorities and schedule sales calls accordingly
Initiate post-sales activities to ensure acquisition solutions continue to satisfy customer's needs
Contribute information to Trader’s market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from competitors
Recommend new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions and identifying needs to be filled
Spend most of his/her time out of the office
controlling and retaining these accounts
Meet sales targets and objectives for assigned territory
Maintain sufficient customer records to ensure proper territory organization and account administration
Prepare a variety of status reports
KPI’s and adherence to goals/targets
Present and negotiate rates with clients
Prepare and sign client contracts
Ensure all documentation and reports are complete
accurate and submitted to other departments within assigned timelines
