You will be responsible for providing expert assistance to German-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable video streaming experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service in German through phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to video streaming services. * Assist customers with account management, subscriptions, and basic technical troubleshooting. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems. * Stay updated on the latest video streaming products, features, and promotional activities. * Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and enhance service quality. * Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments promptly. **Relocation support is provided to ensure a smooth transition to living and working in Greece.** **Requirements** * Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. * Proven experience in customer service, ideally within video streaming or technology sectors. * Strong communication skills with a proactive customer-centric approach. * Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting video streaming platforms. * Experience using CRM software and digital communication tools. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment in Greece. * Willingness to relocate to Greece with support provided. * Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary. **Benefits** 1.
