Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Agent to join our team in Greece. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about video streaming services and dedicated to providing excellent customer support. As a Customer Agent, you will engage with German-speaking customers and assist them with their inquiries related to streaming services, ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer support in German through phone, email, and chat channels. * Assist customers with account issues, subscription queries, and basic technical troubleshooting. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions within CRM systems. * Stay updated on the latest video streaming products, features, and promotions. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. * Escalate unresolved or specialized problems to the appropriate departments timely. **Requirements** * Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus. * Previous experience in customer service or video streaming related roles is preferred. * Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. * Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting streaming service issues. * Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication platforms. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Greece. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. **Benefits** 1.
