This role is ideal for enthusiastic gamers who are fluent in German and passionate about delivering exceptional player support. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking players, assisting with their inquiries and ensuring a high-quality player experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional player support in German through various communication channels including email and chat. * Assist players with game-related questions, technical issues, and account management. * Resolve player concerns quickly and efficiently to enhance player satisfaction. * Document player interactions accurately to support service improvements. * Collaborate closely with developers and community teams to convey player feedback. * Stay informed about Riot Games’ titles, updates, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. **Requirements** * Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous. * Previous experience in customer or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry, is beneficial. * Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions to players. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple player inquiries. * Willingness to work in Bulgaria and adapt to a dynamic work environment. **Benefits** 1.
