Must Have

Experience working with CRM systems and data management is desirable, Previous experience within recruitment, compliance, operations or administration is advantageous

What You'll Do.

maintain and update placement

client and candidate records within the CRM system

Ensure all master data is accurate

complete and aligned to internal standards

Identify and resolve data issues before downstream processing

Review placement information prior to Pay & Bill handover

Validate key details including rates

terms and compliance requirements

Act as a quality control checkpoint to minimise errors and delays

hold or return placements where standards are not met

Review and monitor compliance requirements for each placement

Chase outstanding compliance documentation with consultants and stakeholders

Maintain accurate and auditable compliance records
