In this role, you will be responsible for moderating and evaluating AI-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community standards and company policies while supporting the advancement of cutting-edge technologies. ### Key Responsibilities * Moderate and assess AI-generated and user-generated content in German to ensure adherence to community guidelines and ethical standards. * Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies suited for GenAI platforms. * Identify and report inappropriate, harmful or misleading content and escalate as needed. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance moderation strategies and GenAI model safety. * Provide insights and feedback on trends and challenges related to AI-generated content. * Stay current with company policies, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to content moderation and AI ethics. **Requirements** * Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. * Experience in content moderation, preferably within AI or GenAI environments, is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of content moderation guidelines and ethical considerations related to AI-generated content. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. * Effective communication skills for providing clear and respectful moderation decisions. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team. * Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural setting. * Self-motivated with a passion for emerging technologies and online community safety. **Benefits** * Competitive Monthly Salary * 2 Extra Salaries Per Ye
