As a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), you handle incoming customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and email, resolve complaints with empathy, and provide tailored solutions while collecting valuable feedback. Your support ensures an outstanding customer experience and directly contributes to strengthening the SIXT brand.
