Ideal candidates will demonstrate a genuine passion for social media, a deep commitment to customer engagement, and a strong dedication to providing top-tier support in the German language. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to relevant social media platform. * Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback, complaints, and trends. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. * Engage with users to build positive brand awareness and foster community engagement. * Document interactions and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary. * Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align communication strategies. **Requirements** * Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. * A minimum of B2 in English is required. * Experience in customer service or community management, preferably within social media. * Strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries tactfully and professionally. * Familiarity with major social media platforms and social media management tools. * Capability to multitask and manage concurrent conversations efficiently. * Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including possible evenings and weekends. **Benefits** * Competitive Monthly Salary * Fully Paid Relocation Package * M
