Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for German-speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Dyson in Greece. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients while enjoying the benefits of paid relocation to Greece. ### Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking Dyson customers via phone, email, and chat. * Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and after-sales support. * Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system. * Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient and timely solutions to customer issues. * Stay informed on Dyson products, policies, and updates to deliver accurate assistance. * Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. * Experience in customer service, preferably within consumer electronics or household appliances. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools. * Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support provided. * Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and product knowledge. **Benefits** 1.
