Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking proficient German-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide professional and courteous support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding Imperial Brands' products and services. * Assist customers with questions, complaints, order processing, and after-sales support. * Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions within the CRM system. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. * Stay informed about product developments, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information. * Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. * Experience in customer service, preferably within FMCG or related industries. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Familiarity with CRM tools and digital customer service platforms. * Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural workplace. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Benefits** 1.
