Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a German Speaking AI Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece. This position offers a paid relocation package, providing an excellent opportunity to live and work in a vibrant city while ensuring the safety and quality of AI-generated content for German-speaking users. As an AI Content Moderator, you will review, assess, and moderate AI-generated and user-generated content to uphold community standards and promote a positive digital environment. ### Key Responsibilities * Moderate AI-generated and user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies. * Evaluate content accuracy, appropriateness, and potential impact related to AI outputs. * Identify and report inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content to the relevant teams. * Provide feedback and insights to improve AI moderation processes and systems. * Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation strategies and ensure quality control. * Stay updated on company policies and developments in AI content moderation and community safety. **Requirements** * Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. * Previous experience in content moderation, preferably with AI-generated content, is preferred. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently. * Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions. * Ability to handle sensitive and complex content professionally and ethically. * Familiarity with AI technologies, digital platforms, and moderation tools is a plus. * Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment. * Self-driven, capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. **Benefits** * Competitive Monthly Salary * 2 Extra Salaries Per Year * Fully Paid Relocation Package * Fully Paid Training * Health Insurance * And many other benefits!
