What You'll Do.

Support global customer base through offering epic customer service.

Support a wide range of contacts relating to betting

Provide guidance and solutions via Live Chat

Handle multiple queries with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Provide a positive customer experience and first-time resolution when assisting customers with queries and complaints.

Liaise with internal departments in English in order to resolve our customers’ queries.

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner via Live Chat

Use internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query.

Investigate issues thoroughly and escalate queries where necessary.

Maintain knowledge of policies

procedures and licensing requirements.
