As a German/Italian Curriculum Designer, you will create engaging and interactive online assessment questions and collaborate with software engineers, visual designers, and a team of writers and editors to bring your designs to life. This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in the United States. #LI-REMOTE WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Act as an in-house expert on both German and Italian grammar and style Design and write clear, engaging, and interactive questions to evaluate German and Italian phonics, grammar, reading comprehension, writing strategies, and vocabulary Edit user-facing content and collaborate with a team of writers, editors, and illustrators to ensure content is fun, accurate, and error-free Manage projects and collaborate with software engineers, visual designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality content Understand our project requirements and use them to create guidelines, processes, and documentation to support a growing team Hire and oversee a team of Italian- and German-speaking content creators WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Italian, German, Linguistics, Education, or a related field Experience teaching new languages to adult learners Fluency in German, Italian, and English, including outstanding written communication skills and the ability to explain linguistic concepts clearly and concisely Experience in curriculum development and instructional design Familiarity with common language assessment framework
