## En **AstraZeneca** buscamos a un(a) **Gerente Nacional Canal Privado** que lidere la estrategia comercial a nivel nacional para impulsar el crecimiento sostenible, la rentabilidad y el posicionamiento competitivo de nuestro portafolio en el **canal privado**. Esta posición es clave para acelerar resultados de negocio a través de una gestión estratégica de clientes, una ejecución comercial rigurosa y el liderazgo de equipos de alto desempeño. Buscamos un perfil con trayectoria sólida en la industria farmacéutica, profundo conocimiento del canal privado y una marcada orientación a resultados, con alto nivel de **accountability** , visión estratégica y capacidad para convertir análisis en decisiones de impacto. **Propósito del rol** Será responsable de diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial nacional del canal privado, asegurando una ejecución efectiva con foco en ventas, rentabilidad, participación de mercado, cobertura y acceso. Además, liderará la relación con clientes estratégicos y coordinará iniciativas cross-funcionales que generen valor para pacientes, socios comerciales y el sistema de salud. ### **Responsabilidades principales** Será responsable de desarrollar planes comerciales multianuales alineados con los objetivos corporativos, priorizando inversiones y recursos con base en el potencial del mercado y el retorno esperado. Liderará la planeación estratégica anual y las revisiones trimestrales del negocio, identificando riesgos, oportunidades y tendencias competitivas para ajustar el rumbo de la estrategia cuando sea necesario. Tendrá a su cargo el liderazgo del equipo comercial, impulsando una cultura de desempeño, ejecución y responsabilidad sobre los resultados. Se espera experiencia comprobada liderando tanto **equipos directos como indirectos** , así como capacidad para coordinar y movilizar equipos **cross-funcionales** en áreas como **marketing, supply, finanzas, acceso, legal y compliance**.
