Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Experience in project management methodologies, Experience working in e-commerce

Manage exceptions to minimize delays
Coordinate Flex loading process
Coordinate Hub loading process
Conduct previous day review analysis
Lead operational team calls
Develop action plans for continuous improvement
Perform Gemba walks at loadout
Monitor on-road operations
Identify process gaps
Implement corrective actions
Optimize On the Road performance metrics
Manage On the Road quality metrics
Reduce delivery failures
Communicate daily metrics
Report exceptions to Operations
