What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Complete Higher Education in Engineering, Management, Operations or related, Experience in Operations in segments such as Logistics, Manufacturing, General Industry and related, Experience with people, MS Office, with intermediate level in Excel, Availability to work 12 hour 4x3 shifts, including weekends, Intermediate English, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, Experience in people management
Nice to Have
E-commerce, Knowledge in project or process management, Advanced English
What You'll Do.
Oversee preparation and execution of loading process
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Manage exceptions to minimize delays
Coordinate loading process of Flex and Hub operations
Conduct previous day review analysis
Lead calls with operational teams
Develop action plans for continuous improvement
Perform Gemba walks on loadout
Perform on-road monitoring
Identify process gaps
Implement corrective actions
Monitor operational performance metrics
Optimize operational performance metrics
Improve operational performance metrics
Manage operational performance metrics
Manage delivery failures
Reduce delivery failures
Communicate daily metrics
Report exceptions to other Operations departments
