Full Job Description
Rol: Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente Comercial proveniente del rubro energético industrial para incorporarse a una compañía del sector de energías renovables y soluciones electromecánicas. La posición tendrá un rol estratégico y de liderazgo, siendo responsable de diseñar, profesionalizar y escalar la estructura comercial de la organización, impulsando el crecimiento del negocio, el desarrollo de nuevos mercados y la consolidación de alianzas comerciales clave. Responsabilidades: · Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial integral de la compañía. · Reestructurar y profesionalizar el área comercial, incorporando procesos, metodologías y herramientas de gestión. · Liderar, desarrollar y acompañar al equipo comercial y de marketing. · Elaborar planes comerciales anuales y definir objetivos de crecimiento. · Diseñar y monitorear indicadores de gestión (KPIs) y tableros de control. · Desarrollar nuevos mercados y oportunidades de negocio a nivel nacional y regional. · Generar alianzas estratégicas con cooperativas, asociaciones, distribuidores y actores clave del sector. · Supervisar negociaciones comerciales, propuestas estratégicas y procesos de licitación. · Gestionar y optimizar el uso del CRM corporativo y el pipeline de oportunidades. · Coordinar acciones junto a las áreas de ingeniería, operaciones y administración para asegurar una ejecución eficiente de los proyectos. · Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y crecimiento de mercado. Requisitos: · Experiencia mínima de 10 años en posiciones comerciales. · Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando equipos de ventas. · Disponibilidad para relocalización a la ciudad de Asunción, Paraguay. · Experiencia comprobable en empresas vinculadas a energía, electromecánica, construcción, infraestructura, agronegocios o industrias técnicas. · Trayectoria demostrable en cumplimiento y superación de objetivos comerciales. · Experiencia desarrollando estructuras comerciales, procesos
