Ensure compliance with contract
Ensure contractor performs required contract work
Review engineering shop drawings
Determine contractor compliance with final design parameters
Observe onsite construction
Determine proper installation of construction elements
Review concrete mix design
Witness concrete testing
Analyze concrete test data
Perform quality assurance tasks
Ensure contractor's work is properly inspected
Ensure corrective actions take place
Ensure materials meet contract
Review contractor submittals for compliance
Resolve construction conflicts
Monitor construction contractor’s quality assurance
Monitor construction contractor’s safety program
Monitor construction progress
Submit weekly progress reports
Prepare construction reports
Detail construction progress
