This role involves managing geotechnical studies, overseeing field investigations and construction support, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. **Requirements** **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred * Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred * 15+ years of geotechnical engineering experience * Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, soil and rock mechanics, slope stability, settlement analysis, earthquake engineering, pavement engineering, and groundwater hydrogeology * Experience with geotechnical investigations, foundation design, retaining structures, earthwork, and construction materials testing * Proficiency with geotechnical software including slope stability, pile modeling, and site response analysis tools * Familiarity with geotechnical standards, guidelines, and deliverables preferred * Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effective
