Must Have
bachelor’s degree in global information systems, geography, computer science, or a related field, minimum of at least 3 years of experience in Geospatial Analysis, working knowledge of C++, Visual Basic Script, and Python, at least 1 year of experience working with recent versions of ESRI ArcGIS suite applications, experienced working with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Visual Basic, and building information modeling software, one (1) year shall have been working on AutoCAD/Auto CAD Civil 3D 2012/GIS, IAT Level II, Security+ Certification IAW DoD 8570. 01-M and Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 17-1303, retain Functional System Administrator (FSA) accounts, Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and utility plans, communication and coordination skills, Experience in Microsoft office applications required, Surveying and utility mapping experience, act as the primary point of contact for installation-level Geospatial Information and Services Activities, Provide appropriate technical or procedural support, able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance, US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance
