What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in geological and/or fieldwork, data analysis, and project management, leadership and team management skills, Familiarity with geological/geotechnical regulations and compliance, Flexibility to work in different geological environments, Demonstrate and use skills in geological/geophysical/geotechnical interpretation and modelling via the proficient use of MINEX and/or Vulcan or other geology/geotechnical computer software packages, Demonstrate and use skills in other necessary computer software packages (e. g. Vulcan, Deswik, CAD drafting, word processor, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, file manipulation, data logging)
Nice to Have
Master's degree desirable, Any relevant professional registration (Desirable)
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and oversee geoscience fieldwork
Develop project timelines
and resource management plans
Analyze geoscience data and produce comprehensive reports
Interpret geological/geotechnical information to identify potential risks and opportunities
Assess geological resources and reserves for various purposes
Contribute to resource estimation and modeling activities
Ensure compliance with geological/geotechnical regulations and permitting processes
Lead and mentor a team of geologists

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives; Communicate geological/geotechnical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
