What You'll Do.
Coordinate and schedule patients for the Hereditary Cancer Clinic
Upload and manage appointment and clinic data within required systems
Confirm appointments with patients
Prepare for clinic visits by ensuring pedigrees meet established standards and guidelines
Verify and update patient medical history
and related data in the EMR
Support patient communication by responding to phone inquiries and portal messages
Manage post-visit activities
and storing test results and consultation information
Distribute clinic summaries and assist with communicating test results to patients in collaboration with providers
Monitor and apply updated clinical guidelines
notifying patients and providers of relevant changes and required follow-up
Assist with data collection
and research-related activities
