What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 to 5 years of experience specifically with Genesys Cloud and Avaya, Expert mastery of Architect and advanced routing configuration, Solid foundation in systems integration (APIs/REST), Understanding of cloud fundamentals and security, Ability to work in international environments (B2 English level or higher)
Nice to Have
Experience with Avaya, Programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar), Certification in the Genesys Cloud platform (GC-CX), Knowledge and experience in implementing BOTs with Genesys Cloud technology (Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flow. Intent Miner, …), Experience in integrations of AI/ML solutions, LLM models, and conversational systems (Google Dialogflow, Nuance MIX, LUIS, Copilot), Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing architectures with Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) and in managing and administering ASP R6.0 infrastructure (Avaya Solutions Platform) and AES systems, Experience in implementing projects with other CCaaS solutions Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Voice, Cisco, Odigo,., Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications, Experience in Agile and Scrum environments

Implement advanced routing strategies
Create and support critical integrations via APIs and Data Actions
Connect Genesys with external systems via REST
Optimize voice and digital channel configurations
Ensure platform stability
Lead high-level problem resolution
