You will contribute to in-house repair operations, support field service activities, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, quality, and customer support teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction. **As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:** * Diagnosing and repairing high-voltage X-ray generators, power supplies, control boards, and inverter modules. * Performing X-ray tube testing, conditioning, and evaluation, including vacuum integrity, filament, cathode, and anode checks. * Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and thermal issues using schematics, high-voltage diagrams, and diagnostic tools. * Executing preventive maintenance on generators, tubes, cooling systems, and interlock circuits. * Documenting repair activities, test results, parts usage, and failure analysis in detailed service reports. * Ensuring compliance with radiation safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and ESD protocols.
