Eligibility Requirements

Primarily office‑based with regular interaction on the manufacturing floor, Ability to sit or stand and work at a desk or workstation for extended periods, Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone for prolonged periods of time, Ability to read information on screens, documents, and presentations, Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office settings and manufacturing plants, May require occasional extended hours to support critical production or delivery milestones, Pre-employment screening

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–6 years of experience in Generalist, HR, or similar role, working knowledge of People processes, systems, and workflows, Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness, Flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities in response to strategic priorities and business needs, Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent years of experience

Experience supporting employee relations intake or coordination

What You'll Do.

Execute onboarding and offboarding processes

Manage Workday transactions and workflow execution

Maintain team member records

Respond to team member and leader inquiries

Support administrative People processes

Support recruiting coordination

Support visa and work authorization processes

Support site safety processes

Coordinate required trainings

Support accurate application of pay practices

Manage intake and processing of employee relations questions

Conduct initial fact-finding and support investigations

Support performance management processes

Conduct exit interviews

Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures

Reinforce clear communication and follow-through

Identify gaps or breakdowns in execution

Support implementation of new processes and updates

Support rollout and adoption of strategic initiatives

Observe how team members and leaders experience People processes

Share insights and feedback with People Business Partners

Coordinate and deliver site-level People communications

Support site-level engagement

and recognition activities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with site leaders; Partner with corporate teams; Partner with People Business Partners; Partner with Shared Services; Work with recruiting teams; Work with culture committees
