Clean and sanitize all dishes
Assist in the storing of grocery and supply
Assume responsibility for proper set up and operation
Notify supervisor of any malfunctions
Assume responsibility for supplies for the dish machine
Notify supervisor of any instances where there would
Assist cooks and the Executive Chef in the
Set-up and break-down buffet tables and theme decorations
Special projects or other duties as assigned
