Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and sense of organization in kitchen and dumpster areas. **QUALIFICATIONS** * High school diploma or equivalent education **RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES** * Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in employee changing room/restrooms, and back-of-the-house employee areas, as well as the elevator, dumpster and receiving area * Empty trash cans from dish room, kitchen and storeroom into appropriate refuge receptacles on a regular basis, ensuring correct supervision for recyclable items * Remove empty boxes from kitchen and storage areas on a regular basis to dumpster area * Keep equipment, floor, and work areas clean, free of slip, trip and fall hazards and in good working order at all times * Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans and utensils in accordance to local guidelines, to ensure proper supply levels to operate Food & Beverage Department efficiently * Assist in the storing of grocery and supply items * Assume responsibility for proper set up and operation of the dish machine, three compartment sink, garbage disposer and chemical dispensing systems. Notify supervisor of any malfunctions * Assume responsibility for supplies for the dish machine and notify supervisor of any instances where there would no product on hand *
